tova feldmanstern (they/she) is a parent, catmom, musician, writer and nyc transplant, living on unceded lisjan ohlone lands since 2006. u.s. born, queer, of eastern-european and ashkenazi descent, writing, music-making, and community organizing are their passions. whether counseling, teaching, writing, or making, channeling creativity into collective power is their why. tova is grateful for every person she's ever had the privilege to create in community with, and for her beloved teachers and mentors including barry solovey, jennifer griest, stephanie austin, zachary mattocks, terre roche, marsha attie, john turk, glide ensemble, thrive street choir (& wildchoir!), phoenix song, lisa littlebird, lauren arrow, kaitie ty warren, sara stutz and living room choir.
